Discord only lets a bot give roles below its own, so in Server Settings → Roles, drag the bot's role above every role it hands out.
Server health, at the top of the page, flags that and anything else that would stop a role from being given.

The bot can't assign @Subscribers
@Subscribers sits at or above the bot's own highest role, and Discord won't let a bot touch those. 1 AutoRole requirement affected.
In Server Settings → Roles, drag the bot's role above @Subscribers.
Run /panel in the channel where members should start. You can rewrite its message in the Settings tab.

With Remove roles when a member stops qualifying on, a role comes off when someone unsubscribes. An audit re-checks everyone holding an AutoRole at once.
If YouTube, Twitch or Patreon is having an outage, nobody loses a role over it. Those members are skipped until it's over.
