Subscriber Checker
Last Updated: September 30th, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Subscriber Checker ("we", "us"), operated from Indiana, United States. They cover the subscriberchecker.com website and the Subscriber Checker Discord bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
If you use the Service for a server, community or organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf as well as your own.
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use Discord in your country if that is higher, and you must follow the Discord Terms of Service. You represent that you are not located in a country under a United States embargo and are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You sign in with Discord, and you may link accounts on other platforms, such as YouTube, Twitch or Patreon, so servers can check them. Only link accounts that you own or control. You are responsible for what happens under your accounts, and you can unlink an account or delete your data at any time from your profile.
The Service depends on Discord and on the platforms you link, and your use of each is also governed by its own terms. By linking a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your information under the Google Privacy Policy. The Twitch Terms of Service and Patreon Terms of Use apply in the same way, as do the terms of any other platform you link.
Subscriber Checker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, Google, YouTube, Twitch, Patreon or any other platform it works with. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
The Service gives and removes Discord roles automatically, based on the requirements a server sets and the answers we get from the platforms we check. Those platforms can be wrong, slow, unavailable or change how they work, and a setting can be wrong too. So a role may sometimes be given or removed in error, or a check may not run at all. We work to prevent this, for example by not removing roles while a platform is having an outage, but we can't promise that every check is correct.
Each server decides what its roles mean and what they unlock. We aren't responsible for a server's roles, channels, perks or decisions, and questions about them should go to that server's admins.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at weird@subscriberchecker.com rather than testing it further.
Premium unlocks extra features for one server, at the price shown on our pricing page (currently US$5 per month, per server). Any admin of a server can buy it, and it applies only to that server. Taxes may be added where required.
You can buy Premium on our website, where payments are handled by our payment processor, or through Discord. It is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Purchases made through Discord are also governed by Discord's terms for paid services. Premium stays active for a short grace period after a missed renewal, then switches off until payment succeeds.
Cancel a subscription bought on our website from your server's page there, and one bought through Discord in Discord's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Removing the bot from your server does not cancel your subscription.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We may approve a refund in individual cases at our discretion. Email weird@subscriberchecker.com to ask. Refunds for purchases made through Discord are handled by Discord under its own policies.
We may change the price of Premium. We will announce a price change on our updates page before it applies to you, and it takes effect from your next billing period, so you have time to cancel. We may add, change or remove Premium features over time. If we stop offering Premium, we will stop charging for it.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or a server's, if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the Service or its users, or if the law requires it. Access ended for breaking these terms is not refunded.
You can stop using the Service whenever you like: remove the bot from your server, and delete your data from your profile.
The Service, including its software, design and the Subscriber Checker name and logo, belongs to us. The settings and text you add to the Service stay yours, and you allow us to store and use them to run the Service. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or accurate, or that it will meet your needs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, roles, members or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use it, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these exclusions or limits. Where that is the case, they apply to the fullest extent the law allows.
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the Service, your server's settings, or member information you exported or sent elsewhere, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, the dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these terms takes away the rights those laws give you, including the right to bring a claim where you live.
We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top, and we announce material changes on our updates page before they take effect. Changes needed for legal or security reasons may take effect immediately. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms, that doesn't mean we give up the right to later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms, but we may transfer ours to someone who takes over the Service. If these terms are translated, the English version applies where they differ.
Questions about these terms: email weird@subscriberchecker.com or ask in our support server.
